Trading at our Events  

Our aim at each event is to balance the offer to minimise duplication, ensuring customers get a choice and each trader has the opportunity to maximise footfall conversion.

We are happy to discuss menu options and variations where potential duplication could occur to ensure variety and complementing dietary choices (eg meat, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or sugar-free options for different traders).

Each month has a different theme applied to our event. Traders are invited to embrace the theme where possible, such as by giving menu choices fun theme-related names or decorating their stalls with coordinated items.

Applications for first refusal of pitches at our 2019 events are open between 1 October 2018 and 2 December 2018.  Applications will still be accepted after this deadline and added to our reserve list, with pitches offered when they become available.  Please contact us at electricnightsevents@gmail.com if you have any questions about the application process.

Streetfood Pitches:

Standard 2m x 3m pitch up to 3m x 3m (suitable for gazebos) £40.00
Medium 4m x 3m pitch up to 5m x 3m (suitable for food vans) £50.00
Large 6m x 3m pitch plus (suitable for a Bar) £60.00
Hire of bin for your pitch £5.00 (+VAT)
Use of 6ft trestle table No extra charge

Other Pitches:

In addition to streetfood, we offer a number of pitches for artisan goods (farmers market stalls, local produce and handcrafted goods).  If you are interested in booking one of these pitches, please complete Tiverton Pannier Market’s Trader Registration Form.

Standard stall (1 bay) £15.00
Medium stall (2 bays or van) £25.00

Regular General Market traders qualify for discounted pitch fees.  We allow 10% stalls to be offered to guest traders, subject to availability (please contact us to check beforehand).  Each month, we aim to promote a different local community group, which may attend the Market event free of charge.  Community Groups interested in attending should contact us to check availability first.

For the purposes of clarification, streetfood is classed as any food or drink sold to be consumed while attending the market event; other pitches are for food, drink and other goods sold to be consumed or used outside of the market event.  You should apply for the pitch for your main product.
